By securing $96K in utility rebates, the team significantly reduced project costs while positioning the facility for long-term savings. The completed modernization is projected to generate $242K in savings over 10 years and deliver more than $21,000 in annual energy savings. In addition to the financial benefits, the upgrade reduced the facility's environmental footprint through a substantial decrease in annual CO₂ emissions while improving lighting quality across both warehouse and office operations.
