In most states there are incentive programs in place for consumers looking to upgrade their existing, inefficient, Metal Halide, High Pressure Sodium and Fluorescent lighting. In 2003, the New Jersey Board of Public Utilities established the Office of Clean Energy to administer NJ’s Clean Energy Program (NJCEP). The establishment of the NJCEP contributes to a stronger economy, less pollution, lower costs, and reduced demand for electricity. NJCEP offers financial incentives, programs, and services for residential, commercial, and municipal customers. Click here to learn more about incentives available in New Jersey.
